SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped within 2 working days from Canada with tracking number.
They are sent by airmail, well packed in box (or bubble envelope if it is a metal jewelry ocarina).
Please allow 7 days or less for Canada, 2-3 weeks for USA and if you are International customer please contact me for shipping rates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I accept returns. I will issue a full refund if you are not satisfied the same day I receive the item back. I also refund the return shipping fees.
If you want to simply exchange your ocarina it is possible but I will not refund shipping fees.
